Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities:

* Answer phones and respond to Customer requests
* Provide customers with Product and Service information
* Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff
* Identify, research and resolve customer issues using the computer system
* Follow up unresolved Customer Inquiries immediately
* Complete call logs and reports
* Recommend process improvements to direct superior

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): Customer Service Skills, Microsoft Offices, Interpersonal Skills.
* Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Customer Service or equivalent. Job role in Customer Service-  
   General or Call Center Executive
* 1 Full-Time positions available.
